Shipping Policy

At AmbienceSound, we work to process and ship every order as quickly and reliably as possible. Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. After your order has been processed and shipped, tracking details will be sent to the email used at checkout.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. During high volume periods, processing may take slightly longer, but most orders are prepared within the stated timeframe.

Delivery Times

Our delivery estimates are the same for all countries we currently ship to.

Delivery time begins after your order has been processed and shipped.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email or sms. Tracking may take a short time to update after the carrier receives the package.

Shipping Delays

Most orders arrive within the estimated delivery window, but delays can occasionally happen due to carrier issues, customs checks, weather, incorrect address details, or local delivery disruptions.

If your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery period, please contact our support team and we will help check the status of your shipment.

International Orders

AmbienceSound ships to multiple countries. While our estimated delivery times are the same across supported countries, international shipments may occasionally be reviewed by customs.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer where applicable.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. AmbienceSound is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

If you notice an error in your address, contact us as soon as possible so we can try to update it before the order ships.
